Radi by sme vyzdvihli prístup vášho zamestnanca, čašníka M.U., ktorého veľmi osobný prístup, energia, spôsoby, hlas, bontón a hlavne chuť zastať si svoje pracovné miesto a individuálny prístup k hosťom vystávajú na kilometre z radu všednosti – a to je predpokladám aj celková filozofia Gothalu. O to viac si ceníme, že jeho prístup sa nelíšil v prvý deň jeho smeny ráno, od excelentného prístupu v nedeľu pri večery, na konci jeho pracovného víkendu. Dovolím si tvrdiť, ak by sa väčšina zákazníckeho servisu v slovenskom cestovnom ruchu priblížila jeho štandardom, Slovensko by sa stalo pre nás domácich turistickou destináciou číslo jedna. Celému Gothalu držíme palce a ďakujeme za príjemne strávený víkend v krásnom prostredí. R.H.

I have spent two beautiful days and a night in Gothal, hotel Smrek in particular. During this short stay in the resort I took an excellent rest and replenished strength thanks to the great team from Wellness, skilled masseur, but the whole staff of Gothal resort. In addition, the accommodation is very cozy, clean and exquisite food is the cherry on top, while the cook had no problem of adjusting it to my dietary restrictions of lactose intolerance. I am surely going to return to Gothal with family, as I’m convinced that we’re going to have a great time. Katarina, Bratislava

We had a teambuilding in Gothal. Staff was at our disposal throughout the whole stay. They vere accommodating and nice, and allways smiling. Accommodation was perfect as well as the food and services of Water World or Wellness that we’ve tried during our few days at Liptov.
