More about packagesIf you don’t like steam or finish sauna and you want to get warm, infrared sauna is an ideal choice for you. In contrast to other types of sauna which use steam for creation of warmth, infrared sauna uses electric panels. Thanks to infrared rays and pleasantly emitted heat generated by panels, a gradual and natural heating of body, joints, tendons and muscles takes place up to 4 cm in depth. Gradual heating supports increased sweating under lower temperatures (40°C – 55°C).
Infrared sauna is used for the initial relaxation of stiff muscles and opening of skin pores on the surface of whole body after sport, before rehabilitation, before cosmetic and massage treatments.
Our infrared sauna in Gothal is suitable for 2 persons. You can use it separately or as part of a special package for couples in combination with private whirlpool, massages, bottle of Prosecco and light snacks.
