Smart accommodation in pensions

Cosy two-floor pensions in a new separate nest offer together up to 84 beds in its 6-room (12 bed) and 12 rooms (24 beds) buildings. That is why they are excellent as accommodation for the whole company which plans a company event in Congress Centre TIS or sport event in Liptov.

On the other hand, twin rooms will offer ideal retreat for pairs of colleagues, athletes, friends or family who do not require the whole place of spacious chalets and at the same time they want to rest after spending activities in the surrounding. The pensions are also in pedestrian vicinity to Water World with wellness and playgrounds and also to the biggest Koliba in Liptov. 

Pensions near the forest

• Each room is equipped with hallway, own bathroom with WC, cable TV and Wi-Fi connection.
• You can choose from a total of 3 types of accommodation: Room A, Room B, which can be interconnected in case of interest to create the much desired family room with 2 bathrooms and a separate spacious apartment.
• All rooms can be flexibly fitted with single bed or double bed configuration.
• Extra beds are not provided for rooms (only the Apartment has the option of two extra beds).
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests can use own parking near pensions.
• Extra bed for children can be ordered for 5 €.

Check-in – at the reception in Koliba Liptov

Please visit the reception at Koliba Liptov prior to your arrival in pension for check-in. 

The Reception is located in Koliba Liptov. You will find your room in Pensions Dub, Lipa, Buk, Breza and Javor on the other side of Gothal resort.

Pensions Dub, Lipa, Buk, Breza and Javor can be found next to Apartment House Smrek.
