Apartment house Smrek is located at the beginning of the Gothal resort, on the left side from chalets. Our apartments in Liptov are located on two floors of the apartment house.

Accommodation options

We offer 3 options of accommodation:

• Two-bed Twin apartment, 38m2. 2 beds + 1 extra bed, 4 rooms of this type
• Double apartment, 34 m2. 2 beds + extra bed 2, 2 rooms of this type
• Family apartment, 74 m2. 4 beds + extra bed, 6 rooms of this type. The spacious family apartment offers comfortable accommodation for families with children, with a separate room for parents. The day part of the room with a screen offers two more single beds for your little ones during your stay in Liptov. 

Apartment house - amenities

• A modern restaurant is a part of the Apartment house SMREK, currently used for private groups on demand
• If you are planning smaller meetings, lectures or workshops you can use Coaching room directly in Apartment house with capacity of 20 people.
• Apartments are located over two stories
• There are 12 apartments with 36 bed capacity + 20 extra beds
• Each apartment has its own bathroom with a toilet, cable TV, WIFI connection and a safe
• You can choose from the following three types of apartments: Twin, Double and Family
• There is plenty of parking space in front of the apartment house for guests and a playground for kids
• Our guests can use Water World with wellness, gym centre, kids´ corner and take advantage of sport and social activities available within Gothal resort
• All guests of the SMREK Apartment house can use the reception in Koliba Liptov open from 7 am to 10 pm

Family holidays in the mountains

This apartment accommodation is situated in the beautiful countryside of Liptov with excellent access to the surrounding parts of the Low Tatras National Park.

The SMREK Apartment house has a restaurant on the ground floor. There are plenty of parking spaces for guests and visitors in front of the apartment house, but also a playground, which you will appreciate on holiday with kids. Our resort guests can use the facilities of the water world with wellness, unique within Liptov, suitable for families with children. It features a fitness centre, children's playground, and enables you to engage in a number of sports and social activities. And all just a few steps from the apartment house. You will fall in love with Liptov here.

We will deliver the breakfast basket full of salty or sweet delicacies to your apartment. You can simply order the service by phone or in person at the reception in the Koliba Liptov.

If you decide to stay in the Apartment house SMREK more than one night we offer you a possibility to get a discount card PARK SNOW Card. You will get the possibility to use services around at discount prices.

You can get the card directly at the reception desk and the issuing is charged by € 2,90.
